'Star Wars' plane debuts in Japan

A Star Wars-themed airliner has made a demonstration flight in Tokyo. All Nippon Airways is launching its Star Wars project to coincide with the release of the latest episode in the hit movie series in December. ANA plans to operate the Star Wars jets over the next 5 years, mainly on international routes.

About 90 people were invited to take part in the demonstration flight, which took off from Tokyo's Haneda Airport on Saturday. They dressed up as Star Wars characters such as Luke Skywalker and Darth Vader. The plane is painted to look like the robot R2-D2.
