Panasonic 的 ToughBook、ToughPad 系列一如其名，在科技界是出了名的「Tough」，擁有工業防水、防撞規格的一系列產品算是不少工程人員的標準配備，只不過保護性背後是又厚又重的外殼，攜帶方面始終較為麻煩。而 Panasonic 在剛開始不久的 IFA 上就正式發佈了兩部 Tough 系列中最細小的型號 FZ-E1及 FZ-X1：

兩者外觀設計一模一樣，但就分別預載了 Windows 與 Android 系統。而值得一提的是，FZ-E1 內的 Windows 版本較為特別，並非手機或電腦上會用到的 Windows Phone 或 Windows 8.1，而是專為工業、零售行業需要而設計的 Windows Embedded 8.1

雖然外觀一樣，但兩者的規格就有些少不同，預載 Windows Embedded 8.1 的 FZ-E1 採用的是 2.3GHz 四核處理器；而預載 Android 4.2.2 的 FZ-X1 就用上了另一枚時脈 1.7GHz 的四核處理器。據知兩機將會在 11 月左右登場，雖然名符其實「 最硬淨手機」，售價近＄14000 港元。

The comic was written and illustrated by real artists from the industry.The story follows the adventures of the League of Valor and its IT specialist Kevin Massing, who helps them save the world by making sure their Panasonic enterprise applications and hardware run smoothly.
